HTC launched new mid range smartphone called Desire 728 into the market.The expected price of new HTC Desire 728 is around Rs. 17,990/- in India and $272 in USA. This is not released yet to the market and expected to release in November, 2015. This is a brand new smartphone from HTC with splendid features and different design. Display & Design:

HTC Desire 728 comes with 5.5 inches IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen, 16M colors. Its display resolution is 720 x 1280 pixels (~267 ppi pixel density) which makes your screen look just an average as pixel density is just 267. No display protection feature for this smartphone which is the big disadvantage as it is common to this range mobiles. It supports multi touch feature. It is very slim i.e 7.8 mm and has a affordable weight to carry i.e 153 g. It supports Dual SIM in which both SIM’s are nano and dual stand by. Design looks superb and attractive, but this model looks different from all other HTC models.

Software & Memory:

It comes with latest Android OS v5.1.1 (Lollipop). It was mechanized with Mediatek MT6753 chipset and performance is very fast with no heating issue. Constructed with Octacore processor, clocked at 1.5 GHz . This model comes with 2 GB RAM, supports an internal memory of 16 GB and expandable memory up to 2 TB which was really a mind blowing feature.

Desire 728 supports almost all the connectivities like 3G, 4G, Wi-Fi, GPS, microUSB v2.0 and bluetooth v4.1 which is not the latest version as v4.2 released. Its has a con in connectivities department, i.e. NFC is not supported.

Desire 728 provides 2800 mAh battery capacity which is superb and your battery will lasts for complete day. It has talk time up to 26 Hours(2G) / up to 21 Hours(3G) & Standby time up to 496 Hours(2G) /up to 485 Hours(3G), by which we can battery capacity is solid. It come with non-removable battery which is an another drawback.
