MICROMAX CANVAS SPARK 2 LAUNCHED @ RS. 3,999 – 5.0 IPS LCD, 5MP CAMERA, ANDROID V5.1

Micromax launched new low range smartphone called Canvas Spark 2 into the market.The expected price of new Micromax Canvas Spark 2 is around Rs. 3,999/- in India and $60 in USA. This is not released yet to the market and expected to release in first week of october, 2015. Display & Design:

Micromax Canvas Spark 2 comes with 5.0 inches IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen, 16M colors. Its display resolution is 480 x 854 pixels (~196 ppi pixel density) is very poor which makes your display clumsy. Scratch-resistant glass protection feature is very useful and this is the big advantage for this mobile, because no other phones provide protection feature at this range. It supports multi touch feature. It supports Dual SIM in which both SIM’s are micro and dual stand by. Design looks okay with no much lags. It is available in only black color variant which is an another drawback in this model.

Software & Memory:

It comes with latest Android OS, v5.1 (Lollipop). It was mechanized with Mediatek MT6780 chipset and performance is good and heats a bit. Constructed with Quadcore processor, clocked at 1.3 GHz . This model comes with 768 MB RAM which is bit low it should have been 1 GB and this is one of the drawback, supports an internal memory of 4 GB and expandable memory up to 32 GB which is just an average but it is good as it is Rs.4000 range.

Camera features:

Micromax Canvas Spark 2 provides 5 MP primary camera. Its camera has normal features like LED flash. Canvas Spark 2 can record high quality HD videos with 1080p@30 fps which is really an awesome. Even its secondary camera has superb features like 2 MP.

Connectivities:

Canvas Spark 2 supports almost all the connectivities like 3G, Wi-Fi, GPS, microUSB v2.0 and bluetooth v4.0 which is a bit older version.

Battery Capacity:

Micromax Canvas Spark 2 provides 1800 mAh battery capacity which is really poor and your battery will drain very fast. It has talk time up to Up to 6.5 Hours(2G) & Standby time up to Up to 324 Hours(2G) which is also very poor.
