Oppo launched its new budget Smartphone R7 which comes with Android OS, v4.4.2(Kitkat) and Quad-core processor. The Price of new Oppo R7 is around Rs.25,900 /- in India and $418 in USA. This is not released yet but will available in online shopping when once it is released.
